Junior Racquetball Championships

Junior players are invited to participate in our first ever Junior Championships on June 21st. Register now at Member Services. All levels of junior players (age 10-15) are welcome!

Summer Racquetball Leagues - Registration

Registration for the Summer Racquetball Leagues begins on June 1st. All levels of player are welcome, including men, women and juniors. A league for every one is available including beginners to pros. Contact Club Pro, Mary Ottani with any questions about your level of play. See you on the court!

Women's Club Racquetball Chamionships

All female members are invited to play in our Women's Club Rqcquetball Championships. All levels of players are welcome as the divisions will include A,B,C & D. Play starts at 8:30am and will continue until the champs for each level are determined. Register now at Member Services. Club Pro, Mary Ottani, says, "This event will be so much fun. We will have great play, lots of laughs, special gifts, food & beverage & more! All levels should feel encouraged to play!"

Yoga/Pilates 101

Continuing with the highly popular "101" Series format, May brings us Yoga/Pilates 101. Those interested in becoming familair with Yoga and Mat Pilates are invited to join us for this introductory level program. This class meets every Thursday in May at 4:30pm. Memorial Day Hours of Operation

Plymouth Fitness will be open on Memorial Day, Monday May, 26th from 7am until Noon. Kid's Korner will not be open and there will not be any Group Exercise classes. Please join us for an early workout and have a great holiday!

Kid's Night Out!

The world-famous Kid's Night Out program is a great chance for kids to have some fun & make new friends while the parents have some time to themsleves. We really should call it Parent's Night Out!

KNO has three different age groups (6 months-2 years, 3 -5, and 6-12) with appropiate activites, swimming (except 6 months-2years), and pizza!

KNO is planned and managed by Jill Pimental and all her KNO staff are CPR certified and CORI cleared.

Hop, Skip & Jump now at Plymouth Fitness!

Hop, Skip & Jump is a fitness program for young children. Plymouth Fitness is offering this program for preschool age children on Fridays at 9:00am. This 1-hour program will be included in the cost of a Kid's Korner visit.

Hop, Skip & Jump was founded by Patrice Stutzenberger (a Plymouth Fitness member and International Sports Sciences Association certified Youth Fitness Trainer). Patrice is passionate about instilling a love for physical activity in children. Being physically active has been a priority in Patrice's life, from running track in high school, to rowing on the women's crew team at Northeastern University, to playing with her two youngest children. Patrice has over 8 years of experience working with young children as a Sunday School teacher as well as co-developing and operating Kid's Club, a mom's morning out program.

Hop, Skip & Jump will bring a variety of sports, fitness games and activities to your child every Friday morning at Plymouth Fitness. Our goal is to introduce and teach fundamental skills. As with academics, physical development is a series of building blocks. For your child to be successful basic motor and perceptual skills need to be learned.

Our curriculum is age-appropriate and geared to your child's physical development level. We focus on Fun. We emphasize the value of participation rather than the competitive nature of most sports. Winning and losing are not part of our program. Every child wins for being active!

Some of the benefits of Hop, Skip, & Jump include a strong foundation of basic motor skills, body & space awareness, enhanced language, social, & cooperative skills, a love of movement, strong self-esteem, increased confidence, physical health and development of lifelong wellness habits.

We want your opinion! We have always taken pride in the fact that Plymouth Fitness is in touch with the wants & needs of our members. We take your feedback seriously and work very hard to provide you with a club that is constantly improving. Red Cross Swim Lessons - Spring Session Registration

Registration for the Spring Session of our Red Cross Swim Lessons starts April 14th for members and April 15th for the public. This is the most popular session of the year so register as early as possible. You can reserve your spot with payment in-person or over the phone as early as 5:30am on registration days. Tailgators Swim Team 2008

Tailgators is a developmental group swim team for children who have seen progress in the Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program, but are not yet ready for a competitive team. Tailgators meets on Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm. Fees are $79/month with a $20/month discount for Plymouth Fitness members.
Space is limited. Tailgators does not compete and is a great way for children to continue their swimming development before considering participation in one of the area's swim team programs. For questions or to arrange a time for your swimmer to be evaluated by Coach Kate, please call 508-746-7448 ext 34.

2nd Massage Therapy Room Now Open!

Based on the popularity of our Massage Therapy services we have opened a second room to accomodate clients. This room is located on the main level of the club next door to Jordan Hospital Physical Therapy.

If stress or chronic aches and pains have got you down, book an appointment for Massage Therapy today!
Massage Therapy has been proven to improve feelings of overall well-being and relaxation and can be a great compliment to any workout program.

Therapists are also available for hot stone massage, pre and postnatal massage and parafin wax treatments for hands, feet and rough winter skin.

Massage Therapy fees are:
$35 for 30 minutes
$45 for 45 minutes
$65 for 60 minutes
$90 for 90 minutes

Racquetball clinics are FREE to all members and are a great way for Juniors to learn a new sport or brush up on their skills. Equipment is provided! Please register with Member Services. All Clinics meet at 10:00 am.
