Adult Swim Conditioning

Adult Swim Conditioning is an organized workout directed by a coach.  Individuals are divided into lanes by swimming ability and swimmers of all levels are welcome.

Front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly are the four main strokes used.  Knowledge of all of these strokes is not required to be a participant.

If you are interested in a cardio workout and enjoy swimming come and join us on Tuesday evenings from 7:30—8:30pm and/or Thursday mornings at 6-7am.  Free for members! 16 years an older.

Only a week left before weigh-ins! 

Here are a few more details about the training packages…

You may choose from 1 of 3 Levels of service (for entire 6 week contest):

Level 1: $50 per person

·Reserved spot on team.
·Eligibility for the $500 Grand Prize ($250 per person).
·10% off all PT and Massage sessions during the contest.
·Unlimited Group Exercise Classes (membership required)

Level 2: $300 per person

·Eligibility for the $500 Grand Prize ($250 per person).
·6 training sessions or Pilates sessions (with your “teammate”) 1 training session per week. (Partner 6 pack)
·Unlimited Group Exercise Classes (membership required)
·1 Exclusive Class/Week (Biggest Winner contestants (membership required))
·1 Free Boot Camp/week (TBA)
·1- 60 minute massage.
·Value: Over $450!

 

 

 

 

Level 3: $535 per person (Complete Transformation!)

·Eligibility for the $500 Grand Prize ($250 per person).
·12 training or Pilates sessions (private or with your teammate) 2 training sessions per week.
·Unlimited Group Exercise Classes (membership required)
·2 Exclusive Classes/week (Biggest Winner Contestants only (membership required))
·1 Free Boot Camp/week
·1 – 60 minute massage.
·1 – 30 minute nutrition consultation
·Value: Over $750!

Add On’s:

·Bonus Boot camp Package for just $140.00 for the entire 6 week contest. JOIN the boot camp or ADD a second boot camp workout to your week for 6 weeks! (minimum of 3 participants required, payment must be made in full)

RULES & REGULATIONS

·Two (2) people per team. It can be husband/wife, co-workers, family members, or anyone you randomly pluck off the streets that wants to lose some weight.
·The “team” of 2 people that loses the greatest percentage of their starting team weight will split a grand prize of $500 ($250 per person).
·A minimum of 15 “teams” must participate in order to run the contest. A full refund will be given to each participant if the minimum requirements are not met.
·No refunds will be issued after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting contest requirements (15 total “teams”).
·If there are more than 15 “teams”, the grand prize is still $500 ($250 per person).
·All contestants must sign-in to each boot camp.
·There will be a total of 3 weigh-ins (beginning, middle, FINAL). If a “team” fails to weigh-in within the required weigh-in dates, the team will automatically be disqualified from winning the Grand Prize. They WILL still be eligible to win random bi-weekly prizes and incentives that WILL be given away if they choose to continue to participate in the contest.
·Weigh-in dates:
·Weigh-in #1: Week 1 –  3/4/12   winning team gets Free Bonus PT Session
·Weigh-in #2: Week 3 –3/26/12  winning tram gets Free Bonus PT Session
·Weigh-in #3: Week6 –  4/16/12  Grand Prize $500 ($250 per person)

Runner up – $50 Club Cash (each)

2nd Runner up – $25 Club Cash (each)

·Participants must weigh-in without shoes, on our scale on the cardio floor.
·Contestants can come in at any time during Plymouth Fitness’ working hours and weigh-in, but must check-in and log their weight with a Plymouth staff member.
·Contestants are recommended to complete a minimum of 4 workouts weekly (24 total) during the contest. A combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, group fitness classes, and sound dietary changes are recommended to achieve maximum results.
·Contestants can choose between 3 levels of participation. All 3 levels are eligible for the same Grand Prize ($500.00 cash). The difference in levels is by the number of services you receive. (See below).
·On your team of 2 people, each person must sign up for the same package. Individual members may add additional 1-on-1 training sessions if they choose at a discounted rate (10%) each.
·Plymouth Fitness and its staff do NOT endorse or encourage any fasts, liquid diets, or starvation diets for weight-loss reasons. Contestants are encouraged to change bad nutritional habits, but not to attempt any extreme measures that can ultimately harm the body.
·If contestants are interested in hiring a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, or coach to assist with weight loss during the contest beyond whichever “level” you purchased, our expert staff is available to all contestants during this contest for an additional fee.
·No Membership Required (Do not need to be client or member to participate).
