So you’ve lit the match, now what? It’s that daily motivation of waking up every morning saying, “I want to do it, I want to be the best that I can be because I want to achieve the things that inspire me to make me feel great.” – Jay Cutler

Jason graduated from Springfield College holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science.  Interning at three different facilities, Jason has completed more than 450 hours interning as a strength coach at the University of Hartford designing and implementing programs for their athletes.   In 2011, Jason earned himself the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The NSCA Certification is nationally accredited by the NCCA (National Commission of Certifying Agencies) and is considered the gold standard in the fitness industry. Amy deems that the proper wellness equation involves balancing fitness and eating.  She is an avid believer in weight and resistance training, along with cardiovascular exercise.  She provides her clients with a balanced mix of both, as well as some Pilates exercises for total overall fitness health.

In today’s society, eating has become about much more of convenience rather than about fueling our bodies in a healthy way.  Amy is passionate about “clean eating” and strives to share her philosophy about it with everyone that she meets.  Proper nutrition is not only imperative for weight management, but also energy, longevity, and even disease prevention.  Amy aims to help people not just make changes in their life, but in their lifestyle.

Amy recently competed in her first Figure Competition and spent months sculpting and balancing her physique.  She knows how to use weight training to form and build the results that people want.  She also has experience in running and training for races.
